Bill Kibbe

Formerly, Bill was Development Director with the responsibility of analyzing and managing hotel developments from conception to opening for Crockett Capital, Inc. Mr. Kibbe was also previously part of the development team for Winston Hotels, Inc. and was charged with day-to-day development management of upscale, limited service Marriott, Hilton and Starwood branded properties. Prior to Winston Hotels, Inc., he was involved with construction management of resort properties in Hilton Head, SC and various commercial projects in the Carolinas. Mr. Kibbe received a B.S degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wake Forest University.

Shane Gray

As Director of Construction/Project Management, Shane works closely with the Owner, Leasing Representative, Tenant, Property Manager, Architect, Contractor and Sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered as promised. He also provides scope definition, scheduling, buyouts, risk mitigation and closeout as part of his process. From non-leased shell space through tenant move in. Shane is involved in all aspects of the project. This process includes a thorough lease and scope of service review to ensure the approved scope is performed, identification of Landlord items that may need attention outside of the initial tenant scope of work, value engineering, refinement of scope of work, management of bidding processes, establishment of a schedule, taking on the role of liaison between all parties to ensure proper communication, coordination work, progress measurement to ensure the objectives are being met, coordination of tenant move-in and the final wrapping up of the job.

Matt Cain

Matt has over 15 years of construction experience including project management, estimating, preconstruction services, executive leadership and business development. Matt served previously as Vice President of a 100 year old Raleigh based general contractor. His project experience includes pharmaceutical, retail, religious, multi- family and interior office construction. His professional experience includes account management of projects exceeding $10M, new market expansions including research and sales strategy development and executive leadership including personnel management, business plan development and financial reporting. Matt received a B.S. in Construction Engineering & Management from North Carolina State University. Matt is involved in many community organizations including Camp Seagull/Seafarer's Board of Advisor's and is the past board President of SAFEchild of Wake County.
